Log onto your Quick Super Portal. On the left side there is option called fund- see below
You will need to enter the super fund ABN, bank details and ESA, then the portal will give you the SPIN number.
Then following the instructions on how to setup a new Superannuation Fund – and enter the SPIN number from above into the Quick Super Fund ID field.
