On some particularly slow machines, it might take a considerable period of time to produce the PDFs of the payslips. mydaEs might attempt to send the emails before the PDFs have been completely created.
If you are finding the attachments are not turning up on the emails, try altering the below setting on the ‘Setup’ – ‘Project Setup’ screen.
Try a value of 3 seconds to start with to see if the issue resolves itself. Otherwise contact mydaEs support for further assistance.
