Another feature of Online Moneypenny is the ability to upload Offset documents throughout the PRE, SHOOT and POST PRODUCTION of the project.
To give production staff member the ability to upload Offset documents via Online Moneypenny you need to go into their Crew Masterfile and click on Web Admin Tab and then select yes for Add Offset Details online?
When the person who has been given access to this area of the Online Moneypenny for the project they will see a button “Offsets”.
When the Offsets button is clicked following webpage opens……
the upload process is standard, click on Choose file, locate it and then click the upload button. The file will be uploaded to the Moneypenny datafile.
You will also be able to see what has already uploaded and therefore be able to determine what still needs uploading.
