Build Version – 4144

Details of the changes in this version:

  • Wages – Altered the HP/PT/WC accruals in the look cast wages to pull from the cast (not crew) account codes.
  • Wages – Added the posted date to extras/cast/crew look wages.
  • Wages – Altered the super report to get the theatre correct.
  • Wages – Added live away for the UK for crew.
  • Wages – Altered Australian crew/cast and extras wages to remove the ‘other’ payment type due to STP.
  • Wages – Completely reworked the equity pension report after the spec change to structure the columns differently.
  • Wages – Added the new UK cast excel wages import.
  • Wages – Reset the start and end date when a wages master file record is duplicated.
  • Wages – Altered the extras super export to get the base wages correct.
  • Wages – Altered the visibility of the resend contract to worker button to remove any outdated contracts from the equation so the button will display correctly when there were more than one contract for the worker.
  • Wages – Altered the single line headers visibility to unrelate it to whether the worker has an agent or not.
  • Wages – Altered the default allowances so when a ‘Per Diems’ is added (not ‘Per Diems Taxable’) it will be marked as NOT taxable.
  • Purchase Orders – Altered the display on the unposted invoices on the summary report to ensure it displays in the printed currency and without GST given the very different way the unposted POs are handled.
  • Web – Changed the default body colour to #4d4d4d and the default form column to #000000 in the style sheets.
  • Journals – Altered the distribution changes splitting when there are only 2 rows to bring back the balancing.
  • Web – Altered the retrieve password function for users and agents to provide more generic wording in the alerts so they can’t tell if username or password is wrong.
  • Other – Made changes in relation to Cyberis issue 6 and 6 i.e. C:\Windows\Temp to C:\Windows\Temp\MydaEs Temp files and removing the details in the error messages when attempting to retrieve a forgotten password online.
